5-axis laser services using a Lumonics' Laserdyne©
laser system. The system is designed for cutting and welding of 3D parts.
The laser head
moves around the workpiece which remains stationary,
eliminating inaccuracies that could be caused by moving the
part during processing. One part can be processed while a part just completed is
unloaded and another is fixtured.
The moving bridge design provides for handling
large parts. The table is easily removed to accommodate the large workpieces.
The ability to
tilt the nozzle 45° gives access to difficult to reach
surfaces.
