Samples. We can provide a variety of surface conditions, ranging from mill finishes to
mirror-like finishes of 1 to 2 RMS. Capabilities include surface, double-disc vertical and horizontal, centerless, and thread grinding. Forms and profiles in single-run or large quantity orders can be ground cost effectively. Other services, including honing and lapping, are available. Our CNC cylindrical grinder is exceptionally quick and precise. The grinder can be programmed to perform several operations on one piece. This saves manual operation time and allows cost savings to be passed on to the customer.
