| Our vertical 4-axis CNC milling centers, coupled with a
Pro-Engineer offline programming system, are able to machine with ball end tooling, using
four axes simultaneously to produce very complex contours in a variety of materials.
These
milling machines have Renishaw probes which allow for ease and accuracy of setups and can
also be used for in-process inspection before the part is removed from the machine. These
milling machines are also capable of performing standard milling functions such as
drilling, tapping, slotting, etc. |
