This past year has been very busy for us--and we've missed many functions with
all of you. However, I think we are settling down again--we have moved from the river
(River rats are very busy people--and we were getting really too set in our ways to keep
up that pace! Notice, I don't mention age here!!) Our new place is on Four Mile Creek, and
only about 5 minutes from the same river and our old place--so Glen is still out there
We are happily settled, but it was a lot of work. I don't remember ever taking so long
to pack and vice versa.
I plan to begin again with my art work--and enjoy this wonderful retirement. We were
made for this!!!
Love to all. Irene
I transferred from the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Gulfport to NOAA Fisheries in
Pascagoula where I was an Administrative Assistant. I gave myself a 2000 New Year's gift
by retiring after 37 years of working for the Federal Government.
