Alabama Laser offers tube bending services with our DYNAM3 FNC Tube Bender. This CNC machine is used in high volume tube bending jobs for tubes with an O.D. up to 2 1/2" and 3/32" wall thickness (on round tubes). The tube bending machine can be configured for left-hand or right-hand bends.

Using the 4 tool stack device, the DYNAM3 allows the production of complex components without straight sections between the bends.

This tube bending machine has a variable radius function which allows for bends of different radiuses to be made on the same part (example pictured at left). This function can be integrated into the same bending program as standard draw bending, opening up a wide range of applications, avoiding re-bend operations on the machine, and saving up to 50% of processing time.

Round tubes	2 1/2" x 3/32"
Square tubes	1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 3/32"
Rectangular tubes	2 3/8" x 1" x 5/64"
Flat oval tubes	2 3/8" x 1" x 3/32"
