Alabama Laser offers tube bending services for tubes with an O.D. up to 2 1/2" and a wall thickness of 3/32" (on round tubes).
Our tube bender can be configured for left-hand or right-hand bends, and allows the production of complex components without straight sections between the bends (example shown below - far left).
This tube bender has a variable radius function which allows for bends of different radiuses to be made on the same part. The variable radius function can be integrated into the same bending program as
standard draw bending, opening up a wide range of applications and avoiding
re-bend operations on the machine.
Maximum size for tube bending:
Round Tubes
2 1/2" x 3/32" wall
Square Tubes
1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 3/32" wall
Rectangular Tubes
2 3/8" x 1" x 5/64" wall
Flat oval tubes
2 3/8" x 1" x 3/32" wall
