Description:
An innovative modular concept for multiple processing, this manufacturing center is capable of stamping and forming single components or multiple components which can then be assembled automatically on the machine, many times eliminating hand assembly. Using the building block system, consisting of material feeds, presses, slide units, etc., these units can be easily and quickly reconfigured for various projects.

Processing can include stamping, forming, tapping, welding (resistance or laser), screw assembly, gaging and more. Components produced can include stamped parts, wire forms, springs, tubular components, bushings, electrical contacts, connectors, and many others. Some of the industries that are currently benefitting from this type of manufacturing center are automotive, electrical, electronics, medical, fastener, hardware, plastics, and consumer.
