Larry passed away on January 3, 2005.
Note from Larry's wife:
"Thank you so very much for the generous memorial to First Baptist Church, Athens.
While Larry always had conflicts in time during the high school reunions, he spoke kindly
of his high school friends. He died of a massive heart attack on January 3rd. He had no
history of heart disease and had a complete physical the middle of December. It was his
time, I guess. He will be missed terribly. Your remembrance is appreciated."

Ginny and I have lived here in the little town of Elkmont Rural Village in extreme north
Alabama. I am a plant manager for a company called Willamette Industries. Ginny is a
college Professor at Athens State University. Our only child-Allisa is a school teacher in
Troy, Alabama. My parents have both passed away and my only brother lives in Petal.
Ginny's parents live in Gulfport or almost in Gulfport, they live 10 miles north of the
city. We visit about every 6 weeks. |
