Hi everyone... There is no way this little box will handle 40 years of 'what I have been doing' but I should have no problem fitting in the last few years. The most important thing that I am doing is being a grandmother and a mom to my adult children. Julie is married to a very nice Doctor, has 2 little boys (Bennett Reeves and Noah James) and lives in Tupelo. Amy is married to my best friend's son, has 3 children (Skylar, Savannah, and Sam) and lives only a few miles from my home. My son Reeves, lives in New York City and works for a book publisher while he works on his first novel. I have worked in the IT Department at the Clarion-Ledger Newspaper for 3 1/2 years and am the Senior Analyst for the Department. Translated - that means that I design and write custom programs. I must admit that I was a bit surprised when in my 50s I realized that I was actually capable of 'logical' thinking!!! I am blessed that my mother, Bernice Reeves, is now 90 years old and is living only about 5 minutes from my home. Between a very demanding job, my children and grandchildren and my mom, I have little time for hobbies. However, I very much enjoy working in my yard and relaxing in my swimming pool. I recently received a Master's Degree in 'floating on the raft'... Gone are the days of size 4 dresses, string bikinis, and a flawless complection. But the truth of the matter is - I have never been happier. Life is delightful and I can't imagine what more I could ask for. Well yes I can. I wish I could play the piano better (decided to learn at age 57). Even my cat, Partly Cloudy Hamilton, covers her ears when I practice. Anyway, I look forward to seeing all of you again and of reminiscing about our years together at GHS.
