| Our quality assurance program is ISO 9001:2008 certified, guaranteeing the
highest quality on all of your orders. To ensure the finished product will meet our
customers approval, we maintain advanced training for personnel, procurement of
state-of-the-art inspection equipment, and constant upgrading in our quality control area. Our quality assurance begins with the receipt of raw materials and is adhered to throughout the manufacturing process untl the final product is shipped. Several pieces of equipment give us reverse engineering capabilities to scan a customer's existing part and generate a DXF file that can be used to reproduce the part. Our portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) allows dimensional verification of parts to be checked on the job shop floor. Statisical process control (SPC) data can be collected if required for quality documentation. |
